ABOUT the SPEAKER: Greg Dollarhyde is the Chief Energizing Officer of Veggie Grill, a Santa Monica-based restaurant chain offering craveable plant-based that food you grew up with. Their vision is to change the way the world eats, thinks and talks about vegetarian food. Greg is also Executive Chairman, and former CEO of Zoes Kitchen, a rapid-growth, fast casual concept headquartered in Dallas, TX. ZOES is a pre-IPO concept that was born in the Mediterranean and raised in the South. Formally, Greg was Executive Chairman of the Board of Pacific Island Restaurants, franchisee of 90+ PIZZA HUT and TACO BELL restaurants exclusively located in Hawaii and Guam. Company was sold to private investors in late 2012.
