Under limited supervision the Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing, advertising, digital, new business development and promotional objectives for the Wawanesa General Insurance Company.
Organize and contribute to creative and production processes for the U.S. Operations including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, promotion, online, direct marketing, and new business development/sales.
Strong emphasis to monitor, update, engage and develop content for digital assets/social media to ensure promotion of brand and consumer/customer engagement.
Execute, analyze, and coordinate marketing research to examine awareness, share of voice, conversion rates, market factors, customer/user experience, competitor trends, and advertising effectiveness.
Analyze data, develop analytic reports and identify industry best practices to provide business intelligence to execute data driven decisions to support company strategic goals.
Process, track, and analyze expenditures to ensure compliance with department’s annual budget.
Partner with leadership and executive office to support cross-departmental and enterprise wide marketing and business development needs including, but not limited to, presentations, collateral development, digital copy/social media promotion, employee engagement, internal/external initiatives and company events.
Supervise and audit vendor relationships
