- Marketing Managers earned a median annual wage of $119,480 in 2012, according to the BLS. The top 10 percent in the field earned $160,810 per year, while the bottom 10 percent earned $62,650.
- With an average salary of $129,870 per year, Marketing Managers are well paid for their work. Marketing Managers earn slightly more than Sales Managers ($119,980) and considerably more than Market Research Analysts, who earn $67,380 per year.

She has successfully repositioned several companies prior to their acquisition. , including Aperio Technologies, acquired by Leica Biosystems, where she served as VP, Global Marketing, and Alaris Medical Systems that was acquired by Cardinal Health, where she served as VP, Strategic Marketing. Ms. Russell holds an MBA from Simmons College in Boston, MA, a BS degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College in Boston, and a Diploma in Nursing from Massachusetts General Hospital, part of the Partners Health System.
