Recap
Companies need people who are able to move at the pace of today’s markets, and that’s FAST. This was one of the takeaways from a dynamic presentation during the LeanModel Marketing Workshop with Bernhard Schroeder. Attendees heard from an icon in the marketing world and gained insights into how to better to serve their clients and companies. These insights were then turned into a hands-on group exercise, where participants created new products and built a marketing brief in under an hour!
One attendee commented, “I loved hearing about the importance of trend-watching and understanding your client’s business models. As marketers, we are given authority to be advisors and experts to know trends and give sound marketing advice. We might not know the product, however, if our strategies and recommendations are directly tied to their business model then we can build that trust and be much more successful.”
