  • Ifttt.com, an automation tool that connects to multiple devices and platforms
  • Hootsuite, a tracking tool for social media management

Section 2: The segment opens up with a conversation about when to hire someone for reputation management. Alan emphasizes the importance of reviews for SEO and discusses some of the differences between local and national rankings. We also briefly discuss how to put reviews on your website in order to improve rankings.

Section 3: Segment three focuses on the impact responding to reviews has on SEO. According to Google, it helps (woh, spoiler alert). We then talk about some strategies for responding to negative reviews.
